Your key duties will include:
- Facilitating workshops or communication sessions with employees in their specified area
- Coaching change-champions, line managers, leaders and employees in the skills they need to support the change
- Acting as a communication channel between the business, the change management team and the project and wider programme
- Building confidence and trust between the project team and the organisation
- Working collaboratively to ensure the project and its activities will deliver outputs that lead to operational benefits and maintain operating capabilities
- Preparing the affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working; potentially implementing new business processes.
- Ensuring that leaders, line managers and staff across the organisation are informed and involved throughout the life of the project and they are fully prepared to use the new operational business environment once it is in place.
Person specification

- This role will be based in either York or Glasgow. UKSV operates a hybrid working policy. There is flexibility to split your working week but with a minimum requirement of 40-60% in the listed Cabinet Office Hubs.

You will be asked to provide a 250-word statement on the Behaviours, Working Together and Communicating and Influencing.
To assess experience you will be asked to provide a 250 word personal statement and a name-blind (anonymous) CV.
Should a large number of applications be received, an initial sift may be undertaken using the lead Behaviour, Working Together. Candidates who pass the initial sift may be progressed to a full sift, or progressed straight to assessment/interview.
