For almost 50 years we’ve been the voice of the public.  Our free and impartial service helps people put things right with their local council or adult social care provider. We use what we learn from complaints to improve local public services and independent adult social care provision. Job description

To act as the first point of contact for complainants.  To receive and process information on the telephone or in writing from members of the public who wish to make a complaint or have an enquiry about making a complaint and, where appropriate, record sufficient information to progress a complaint to the assessment stage.

Selection process details

  • Shortlisting will be based on CVs and covering statements.  Short listed candidates will be invited to take an online verbal reasoning assessment.
  • Invitations and full instructions will be sent to you by our external consultant, Peregrine, during the period Monday 8 January to Sunday 14 January.
  • If successful, face to face interviews will be held on Wednesday 24 January at our Coventry office

Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.

Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
