Mae’r Cwmni Benthyciadau Myfyrwyr yn sefydliad dielw dan berchnogaeth y Llywodraeth a sefydlwyd i ddarparu grantiau i fyfyrwyr mewn prifysgolion a cholegau yn y Deyrnas Unedig.  Ers 1989, rydym wedi galluogi ein cwsmeriaid i fuddsoddi yn eu dyfodol drwy ddarparu gwasanaethau asesu, talu ac ad-dalu diogel, cywir ac effeithlon.

Mae ein Swyddfeydd Cyllid Myfyrwyr yn gyfrifol am gynorthwyo ein cwsmeriaid ar eu taith cyllid myfyrwyr trwy gynorthwyo cwsmeriaid, datrys eu ceisiadau a rheoli eu ceisiadau wrth ddysgu sgiliau newydd wrth i’ch gyrfa symud ymlaen o fewn SLC.

Bydd hyn yn cynnwys asesu a phrosesu ceisiadau cyllid myfyrwyr i sefydlu cymhwysedd a hawl ein cwsmeriaid i gymorth ariannol ar draws ystod eang o gynhyrchion SLC tra’n darparu gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid rhagorol trwy ateb ymholiadau cwsmeriaid trwy ein gwahanol sianeli gan gynnwys galwadau i mewn ac allan, e-bost, gwe-sgwrs a llythyr.

Mae SLC yn cynnig model gweithio Cyfunol a fydd fel arfer yn 2 ddiwrnod yn y swyddfa a 3 diwrnod o gartref.

Person specification

Yr hyn sydd gennych chi:

•Profiad o weithio mewn rôl sy’n canolbwyntio ar y cwsmer, yn ddelfrydol mewn canolfan gyswllt neu amgylchedd prosesu cyfaint uchel.
•O leiaf gradd C TGAU Saesneg a Mathemateg (neu radd Safonol) neu gymhwyster lefel gyfatebol.
•Sgiliau TG rhagorol, gyda phrofiad sylweddol o weithio gydag MS Office, e-bost a llwyfannau meddalwedd lluosog.
•Angerdd am wasanaeth cwsmeriaid gyda’r gallu i ddeall anghenion cwsmeriaid ac awydd i gyflawni safonau uchel.
•Y gallu i ddefnyddio eich menter eich hun wrth weithio o fewn canllawiau diffiniedig ac addasu i amgylcheddau gwaith sy’n newid, mewn modd cadarnhaol.
•Y gallu i gyfathrebu’n glir ac yn effeithiol trwy amrywiaeth o sianeli gan gynnwys ffôn, e-bost, a llythyr.
•Ymrwymiad i barhau â’ch dysgu a’ch datblygiad eich hun tra’n cynnal y wybodaeth a’r sgiliau allweddol sydd eu hangen ar gyfer eich rôl
