Person specification

i) Advice on IPR matters relating to equipment procurement and support;

ii) Advice on IPR arrangements for equipment procurement, support and collaboration and sales MOU with other countries;

iii) Negotiations on IPR matters and drafting of IPR arrangements in support of (i) and (ii).

3) Advising other business areas of MOD on any and all IP related issues in accordance with the demands placed on DIPR.

4) Drafting and prosecuting patent applications of behalf of Her Majesty’s Government, and involvement with exploitation of MOD-owned inventions.

5) Advising other government departments on any and all IP related issues in accordance with demands placed on DIPR.
