Weighting towards professional hands-on experience working with plants in a botanical context will be given. Knowledge of identification, taxonomy and nomenclature is critical. Proven experience managing and developing volunteers to achieve positive outcomes will be highly valuable, as will be competence with a wide range of software and hardware tools to capture, analyse and share data insight.
