As a People Systems HCM Consultant, you will be welcomed into a dynamic and inclusive People team where you will support the HCM project team to implement and deliver ResourceLink HCM and Payroll Bureau service that supports the work of the People team at the IOPC.

Job description

ResourceLink and MyView supports the work of the People team at the IOPC, implementing the new system will benefit the entire organisation and its people management process. 

 

We are looking for someone with a proven ResourceLink HCM implementation background, with the technical skills to support the project. The individual will also need to demonstrate attention to detail and be able to implement and communicate effectively with stakeholders.  

 

You will be working collaboratively with the internal and external project team to deliver a seamless implementation of ResourceLink HCM and Payroll Bureau by acting on the technical requirements and objectives of the IOPC, so if you are someone with relevant systems implementation experience, we would encourage you to apply. 

 

Anticipated assessment and interview dates are W/C 1st August 2023 and onwards.

Person specification

Essential requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience and capability of implementing and delivering ResourceLink HCM.
  • Proven experience and capability of implementing and delivering ResourceLink HCM Payroll and Pension modules aligned to a Payroll Bureau service.
  • Demonstrable experience and capability of delivering business reporting using the HCM RRS business reporting suite and PowerBI.
  • Proven ability of effectively communicating and working with stakeholders to successfully deliver change initiatives.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
  • Maintain own professional skills and capabilities by keeping abreast of current and emerging technologies, trends, supplier outlook.
  • Excellent general IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and databases. 
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and consistency under pressure 

 

Desirable requirements for this role:

  • Proven experience of developing SQL and XML to support integration and single / two-way interfaces.
  • Experience of developing BAM alerts and reporting.
  • Further education qualification in HR or other relevant field such as Business Information Systems or clearly demonstrable experience in working in this field.
