Job description

We are looking for dynamic, proactive, and motivated people with a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to be flexible and ‘get stuck in’ as required. A proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service is an essential requirement and previous operational management or supervisory experience within a visitor attraction would be a key advantage. As part of this role, regular weekend and bank holiday working will be required on a rota basis. Some event days may require an early start/late finish.

Our fantastic benefits package includes opportunities for continuous learning, a generous annual leave entitlement, flexible working to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance, an Employee Assistance Programme and other wellbeing support such as cycle to work scheme and discounted gym membership. We also offer a competitive pension, an employee discount scheme and free entry into a wide range of national museums and galleries, as well access to our own beautiful gardens at Kew and Wakehurst.
