Job description
The DM(R&WO) is presently going through a transitional change where it is developing new processes to meet the demands of the business. If you are:

Main Responsibilities:
Admin support to Debt Management Recovery and Write-Offs
Assess new casework, action and issue standard letters
Manage the allocation of casework
Action write-off input within delegated authority
Build and maintain Debt Management business knowledge in accordance with Managing Public Money, JSPs, GDPR etc to provide advice to internal and external stakeholders within the remit of the grade
Mail duties
Collation of customer interaction stats for referral to HEO/SEO
General housekeeping for the team
Other ad hoc admin tasks within the scope of the grade
Remain up to date with all mandatory training
This post is advertised at 37 hours per week.
