Job summary
Here at HMNB DEVONPORT we are inclusive and dedicated to provide excellent supervision of a busy swimming pool that caters for Military personnel, their families and the civilian contractors. We have an exciting opportunity for a Swimming Pool Attendant to work within a team of 4. In the capacity of the job, you will be responsible for supervising the pool, identifying, preventing and reporting any potential dangers and dealing with any incidents that occur. Responsible for the supervision of the Swimming Pool and other areas within the facility.
To effect prompt Rescue/Resuscitation First Aid by applying Royal Lifeguard Saving Society UK taught standard emergency procedures.
To maintain high standards of facility presentation, customer care, cleanliness and hygiene
To attend regular Staff Training sessions as required, both with the lifeguards and Physical Training staff, and to remain in date National Pool Lifeguard Qualification with appropriate levels of fitness and knowledge.

The post does not offer relocation expenses.
