Job description

Youll be at the heart of worldwide delivery
A key figure within the team, youll support a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas, from initial planning and coordination through to control and delivery. Whether its a site upgrade, digital technology project or an embassy new build, youll see that were adhering to the high standards that our customers expect from us. Youll support management information, reporting and communication too. The contribution you make will be invaluable. And the experience you gain could help you step up to a project management role with us in the future.
You know how to support people as well as projects
Your project delivery experience with projects and financials as well as your communication and organisation skills are all essential in this role. Prince 2 or equivalent Project Qualifications would also be desirable. You must be an outstanding team player with a customer and results-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. A high level of IT literacy is important too and you must have a real eagerness to take your project management skills to the next level.

Alpha. This is a defined benefit occupational pension scheme. As your employer we also make
a substantial contribution.
Partnership pension account. This is a stakeholder pension with a contribution
from us. How much we pay is based on your age. We pay this regardless of whether you
choose to contribute anything. You do not have to contribute but, if you do, we will also
match your contributions up to 3% of your pensionable earnings. The contributions are in
addition to the age-related employer contribution mentioned above.
A leave allowance of 25 days per annum
9 days per annum public and privilege days
